In order to promote the establishment of strategic cooperation relationships between the Charity and the Institution or Organization intending to apply to become Strategic Cooperation Partners (hereinafter the ‘Institution or Organization’, which includes investment management organizations, profit-making organizations, non-profit organizations, among others.) and to better serve donors, the Charity and Strategic Cooperation Partners may sign the Standard Version of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement of the China DAF (Donor Advised Fund) Charity (hereinafter the ‘Strategic Cooperation Agreement’) to jointly promote the development of the DAF industry and accelerate the establishment of DAF in China.
The Charity and the Institution or Organization may sign the Strategic Cooperation Agreement Online or Offline：
（1）Both Parties Sign the Strategic Cooperation Agreement Online
If both Parties do not choose to sign a paper version of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement, the Institution or Organization may choose to sign the Strategic Cooperation Agreement online in the DAF Account Service System. Both Parties agree and recognize the following:
① Once the Charity discloses the Strategic Cooperation Agreement in the DAF Account Service System (the Strategic Cooperation Agreement will be the same version disclosed on the official website of the Charity), it shall be deemed as an offer to enter into the Strategic Cooperation Agreement;
② Once the Institution or Organization clicks on the appropriate button to indicate its consent to the Strategic Cooperation Agreement in the DAF Account Service System, it shall be deemed as an acceptance of the offer and the Strategic Cooperation Agreement is thus made;
③ Once the Institution or Organization clicks to confirm its consent to the Strategic Cooperation Agreement, it shall upload a scanned copy of the signed Confirmation Letter Regarding the Standard Version of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement of the China DAF Charity (hereinafter the ‘Confirmation Letter’) to the DAF Account Service System;
④ The conditions on the formation and effectiveness of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement will be stipulated in the Confirmation Letter uploaded by the Institution or Organization to the DAF Account Service System.
（2）Both Parties Sign the Strategic Cooperation Agreement Offline
If the Institution or Organization does not choose to sign the Strategic Cooperation Agreement online, both Parties may choose to sign the Strategic Cooperation Agreement offline by signing a paper version of the Confirmation Memorandum Regarding the Standard Version of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement of the China DAF Charity (hereinafter the ‘Confirmation Memorandum’). Conditions on the formation and effectiveness of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement will be stipulated in the Confirmation Memorandum signed by both Parties.
