Article 14 of the Charity Law of the People’s Republic of China reads that “the promoters, major donors and management personnel of charitable organizations may not use their interest relationships to harm the interests of charitable organizations, beneficiaries and the public interest.” Article 58 reads that “charitable organizations shall follow the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality in determining the beneficiaries of charities, and shall not designate the interested persons of the management personnel as beneficiaries.” Therefore, in order to comply with the requirements of laws and regulations and protect the legal interests of the beneficiaries and the public interest, the Charity will disclose the list of management staff on its official website, so that a qualified grantee of the Charity may determine whether the management staff and the Charity constitute interested parties.
