Mr. Jinxing Rao is Dean of the Research Institute of Shenzhen Social Organizations, Researcher of the China Global Philanthropy Institute, Director and Commissioner of the Expert Committee of the China Association for Non-Profit Organization, and Commissioner of the Shenzhen Decision-Making Advisory Committee. Mr. Rao previously served at the Research Center for the Social Science Development of Higher Education of State Education Commission (now the Ministry of Education), the Research Center on Chinese Government Innovation of Peking University, and also established the Beijing Huaxia Economic and Social Development Research Center (a public welfare institution and non-governmental think-tank). Rao has hosted and participated in several academic projects, such as the ‘Reform and Development of China’s Industry Associations and Chambers of Commerce after China joins the WTO’, ‘Evaluation Index System on Chinese Foundations’, and the ‘Overseas Charitable Giving and Its Effects on Chinese Public Welfare Undertakings’. His major research areas cover the theory and policy of social development, social innovation, and social organizations.
Mr. Jingyi Lu is a Partner at Zhong Lun Law Firm. He has obtained extensive practical experience in the fields of asset-backed securitization, structured financing, and asset management. Mr. Lu provides legal services regarding the issuance of asset-backed securitizations to the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications, China Merchants Bank, China Postal Savings Bank, and ICBC Leasing. He also provides legal services for the CITIC Trust, Beijing Trust, Ping An Trust, Minmetals Trust, Huarong Trust, and other trust companies as well as CITIC Securities, Guotai Jun’an Securities, Bank of Communications Schroder Fund Management Company, and Xinyi Asset Management Co., Ltd., among others. Mr. Lu was rated as a Leading Lawyer (Capital Market: Securitization and Financial Derivatives) in Asia by Chambers and Partners from 2016 to 2018.
Mr. Xinyou Wu comes from Huainan, Anhui Province. He obtained his Master of Business Administration from Nankai University and worked as General Manager of Financial Management Center of Shenzhen Hwaloilee Microfinance Co., Ltd. (from 2009 to 2012) and Head of both the Financial Department and Wealth Investment Department of the SF Group (from 2012-2015). Mr. Wu now serves as Financial Director of Shenzhen CSN Financial Services Co., Ltd. He has presided over large-scale projects and served as a project leader. He has long been engaged in financial management and has extensive cross-industry practical experience in accounting policy, tax planning, process management, corporate investment and financing, and corporate governance.
