（1）Special Authorization: Special Authorization refers to the temporary authorization for a specific matter or special business beyond the scope of basic authorization, which is granted by the Chairman of the Board in accordance with the Articles of Organization, relevant regulations of the Charity, or resolutions of the Board of Directors in the course of the management of the contribution, investment, or granting operations of the Charity. Special authorization allows for special authorities.

（2）Letters of Special Authorization Signed and Issued by the Chairman of the Board: The Chairman of the Board shall sign and issue the Letter of Special Authorization of the China DAF Charity to a certain person, setting out the name of the authorized person, the scope and term of the authorization, and other relevant information.
