In order to better serve donors, the Charity formulates the Contribution Prospectus of the China DAF Charity (hereinafter the ‘Contribution Prospectus’) with reference to the practice of international donor advised funds (shortened to ‘DAFs’). Covering the basic operational processes of the Charity in respect to the contribution, investment, and grant services offered, the Contribution Prospectus is publicly disclosed and serves as a user manual and operation guidebook for donors.

The Contribution Prospectus provides detailed information regarding the contribution process (opening of charitable accounts, roles and authority of different parties of charitable accounts, etc.), investment process (investment of charitable account assets), and grant process (scope of selection and vetting of qualified grantees and grants to qualified grantees) of the Charity’s operation for the purposes of achieving consensus in the philanthropic industry, promoting philanthropic ideas, offering guidance to the philanthropic industry, and providing a case in point for the establishment of DAFs in China.
