Zhenyao Wang is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Beijing Normal University, and is the Founding Dean of the China Global Philanthropy Institute and Director of the China Philanthropy Research Institute of Beijing Normal University. Professor Wang obtained his Master of Public Administration from Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and his Juris Doctor from the School of Government at Peking University. Professor Wang worked for the Ministry of Civil Affairs for 22 years, making major contributions to the universalization of the direct election system in rural China, the establishment of the subsistence allowance system for urban and rural residents, and the establishment of the national emergency relief system of four-stage reaction to natural disasters. Professor Wang has also helped to establish many basic social welfare systems in China, such as systems that provide allowances to orphans and seniors. He has also received national honor for his efforts in earthquake relief during the Wenchuan earthquake.

Mr Li is the former head of media program marketing of CCTV Social and Law Channel, and the former director of China Radio and Television Legal Program Working Committee, with rich experience in media operation and brand promotion, and is expert in TV media operation management. Mr. Li has organized the planning and execution of TV media marketing activities of major brands and participated in the design and implementation of annual advertising bidding projects of CCTV Social and Law Channel and Program, familiar with various media reports and editing production process. He fully participated in and organized various major promotional events of the channel and its programs, including: large-scale promotional event for ‘Safe China’ (cooperating with the Central Political and Legal Committee for the safety construction), ‘The Power of the Rule of Law’ (special program of the Gala Evening on December 4th), ‘Xiao Sa Exploration Meeting’ (special program of the ‘Two Sessions’), ‘Green Bookmark Action’ (Special Program of the intellectual property on April 26th), ‘National Lawyers Competition’ (the Supreme Court), etc.
Mr. Feng Li is President of Shenzhen CSN Financial Services Co., Ltd, and former Deputy General Manager of the CITIC Trust and Founder of its consumer trust division. Mr. Li served at the General Office of the CITIC Group and the CITIC Securities Capital Operation Department. He also led his team to launch the very first asset securitization project in China, as well as a series of large, innovative trust products and also established several trust business profit models, for which he won the titles of ‘National Financial System Innovator’ and ‘National Advanced Individual in the Financial System’.
Mr. Ruigang Dou is Executive Secretary General of the Tencent Foundation, Deputy Chairman and Secretary General of the Shenzhen Aging Development Foundation, and member of the Board of Directors of the China Philanthropy Research Institute at Beijing Normal University, as well as a member of the Chinese Red Cross Foundation, the Beijing Ren’ai Charity Foundation, the Beijing Chunmiao Children’s Aid Foundation, the Shenzhen Iread Foundation, and more than ten other public welfare organizations. Mr. Dou also serves as a part-time advisor for the China Philanthropic Talents Training Plan, the China Philanthropy Research Institute Graduate School of Philanthropy Management, the Laoniu Charity Thousand Talents Plan, the Public Welfare Xinhuo Plan, providing professional training for and sharing his knowledge with public welfare professionals in China.
Mr. Dezhi Lu is a Doctoral Supervisor who serves as Chairman of the Huamin Charity, Chairman of the Yiyang Lujiaxiang Charity, Deputy Chairman of the International Confucian Association, Vice President of the China Association of Social Security, the China Association for Ethical Studies, the China Association for Non-Profit Organizations, and also Chairman of the China Foundation Center and China Charity Fair. Mr. Chuanjin Tao is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of the School of Social Development and Public Policy at Beijing Normal University, Director of the Public Welfare Research Center, and Expert Appraiser of Foundations at the Ministry of Civil Affairs. Mr. Tao has presided over and completed National Social Science Fund projects, National Natural Science Fund projects, and the Philosophy and Social Science Major Subject Research project of the Ministry of Education (Research on Social Organizations’ Participation in Social Management and Social Service). He has also published dozens of academic papers in leading domestic journals, including Sociological Studies, Management World, Social Sciences in China (English version), and Chinese Administration Management, among others.
Mr. Yong Wang is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of the School of Civil, Commercial and Economic Law at the China University of Political Science and Law, Guest Professor at the Chinese Academy of Governance, Guest Professor at the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University, Member of the Caixin Media Advisory Committee, Member of the Academic Committee of China Charity Federation, Deputy Director of the Trust Law Professional Committee of China Business Law Society, Executive Director of the China Case Law Society, Executive Director of the China Behavioral Law Society, and Advisor for the China Securitization Forum, among others.
Mr. Xuebing Zhang is Director of Zhong Lun Law Firm, member of the Standing Committee of the Beijing Municipal People’s Congress, Director of the Arbitration Committee of the All China Lawyers Association, Vice President of the All China Lawyers Association, Chairman of the Beijing Legal Aid Foundation, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Capital Philanthropy Federation, member of the 11th Committee of the All-China Youth Federation, and Deputy Chairman of the Youth Federation of the Central Government Departments. He also serves as the external director of the China Telecom Group, Independent Director of China Postal Express & Logistics Co., Ltd., member of the Board of Directors of the China University of Political Science and Law, Vice Chairman of the Beijing New Social Stratum Friendship Association, and an arbitrator at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). As legal counsel for many enterprises, financial institutions, and government agencies both domestic and overseas, Mr. Zhang has provided legal services to more than 100 institutions and enterprises. As one of the first lawyers to engage in commercial litigation and arbitration in China, he has represented well-known domestic and foreign enterprises such as Motorola Inc., IBM, General Electric Company, Lenovo, China Agri-Industries Holdings Limited, and China Minmetals Corporation in several hundred commercial litigation and arbitration cases.
