For the purpose of improving the management of fees and expenses of the China DAF (Donor Advised Fund) Charity (hereinafter the ‘Charity’), as well as regulating the standards for fees and payment methods in an open and transparent way, the Charity hereby formulates the Management Measures on Fees and Expenses of the China DAF Charity (hereinafter the ‘Measures’) on the basis of both the overseas practice of DAF charities and actual domestic situations, in accordance with the Charity Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Regulation on Foundation Administration, the Several Provisions on Regulating Behavior of Foundations (For Trial Implementation), and the Articles of Organization of the Charity.

The fees and expenses in the Measures include: account management fee, investment management fee, contribution service fee, grant service fee, application fee for a qualified grantee, and other fees.

The principles of the Charity’s management of fees and expenses are legitimacy, prudence, impartiality, and transparency.
